VICE-PRESIDENT OF LEGAL MATTERS IN “RUSSIAN FITNESS GROUP”, LEADER OF JURIDICAL BOARD OF THE COMPANY
Responsibilities:
Legal supplying of World Class and “FizKult” fitness clubs, legal accompaniment during important bargains and negotiations with antimonopoly states; complex juridical accompaniment of investment contracts; preparation of Legal Opinions by the results due diligence; advocacy of company interests during arbitration and civil judgments.
Career pathway:
Yulia Hodbina works in “Russian Fitness Group” since 1997. She started as a lawyer and then, in 2005, she became leader of juridical department in the company. In 2008 Yulia Hodbina became leader of juridical board of World Class and “FizKult” fitness chains. Since 2009 she is vice-president of legal matters in “Russian Fitness Group”.
Achievements:
In 2007 Yulia Hodbina took part in the project “Who is who: top Russian lawyers” – and the edition of the encyclopaedia of the same name, where 1000 most famous Russian professional jurists were named.
