Responsibilities:
Organization and monitoring of operating activities in World Class fitness clubs in accordance with the concept of brand; control under realization company’s strategies and compliance with corporate policies and procedures; reporting ideas and values of World Class brand to network members and creation stimulating and motivating surroundings for World Class stuff to comply financial activities; leading trends on various services and supply to fitness clubs of the chain.
Career pathway:
Elena Nikolaeva started to work in the company as chief accountant of sale department in 1998. In 2003 she was appointed Deputy General Director of the Company, and since 2008 she is Vice-president of operating activities of World Class fitness chain.
